VINTAGE PRODUCTS
ART N DECO sells only vintage products. As a customer of ART N DECO you agree to and understand that the products are in vintage condition. This means that they have been used before, are generally very old and are sold in their current condition. All the pieces have had various life experiences that may have left their mark. ART N DECO always endeavor to accurately describe any significant issues or faults items may have.
ART N DECO has no liability on potential scratches, marks or otherwise potential fixes by previous owners. If you are unhappy with our products, please adhere to our return policy.

While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.
All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

PRICES
All prices are in Swedish Kronor (SEK), currency exchange available. Excluding VAT on vintage items. Including 25% VAT on contemporary pieces.
PAYMENT METHODS
Stripe is currently the preferred way to pay online by many because it’s safer and faster. Furthermore, Stripe accepts most credit cards worldwide. Stripe stores and safeguards your card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. You speed through checkout in just a few clicks and your payment details are never shared with the merchants. Disclaimer: Paypal has recently raised their fees and become more technically problematic with respect to recent law changes in the US. Therefore, ART N DECO has chosen a better and more reliable Stripe as the current payment method and will expand options for the customer in the future.

RETURNS
If you bought a good or a service online or outside our store (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel (before being shipped) and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and with no justification.
After 14 days the item is no longer returnable.
Item must be returned in original condition and in original packaging as when received. ART N DECO do not stand for the return shipping cost. ART N DECO charges a return fee of 1000 SEK for Vintage products. This is necessary to cover our costs of packaging and shipping.

CLAIMS
If the item has been damaged during shipping the item will be reconditioned or returned to us. If this issue occurs you must send pictures of damages, packaging and description before we can accept this as a claim. Contact: info@artndeco.world
FORCE MAJEURE
ART N DECO is not liable for any non-performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, which directly or indirectly prevents, obstructs or renders production, delivery or freight uneconomical until such obstacle has been removed (force majeure). Such circumstances shall be deemed to include difficulties to procure raw materials as well as other difficulties and disturbances, including but not limited to war, riot, labor conflicts, fire, flood, storm, accident, fuel or power shortages, transportation shortages, obstacles or interruptions regarding transportation at sea and breakdowns or interruptions of any kind as regards to our equipment or facilities, which are deemed necessary for the performance of our agreements’ obligations.
